Description
Epp Code is not like the other domain management features. We want to keep the checkbox for enabling/disabling it for a TLD, but we don't want the customer to see a config option for it.
This setting needs to be stored and evaluated another way. Perhaps a new column on the domains_tlds table (though this is slightly problematic because it would require registrars to be aware of the domain manager).
