NameCheap: TLD Price Sync may use wrong currency

          Description

          When fetching prices from logic boxes, the price is in the reseller's currency. The Blesta module, however, only accepts USD and converts it to other currencies accordingly, resulting in missing prices. Instead, accept any currency and use it as the basis for currency conversion, skipping any duplicate pricing terms. If the currency does not exist in Blesta we should log an error or display an error when syncing using the bulk action.
