Description
When a config option is hidden due to logic, selecting the right option in another field to cause it to be shown will make the option default to the lowest ID value rather than the option defined as the default. This is not a problem if the option is shown by default, only if it is hidden by default due to the logic.
To reproduce, see attached screenshots of configuration. NOTE!! When creating the 2nd config option DO NOT create "None" first, rather create an option, then create the None option, then create the other option. This will cause the None option to not have the lowest ID. Then after saving, edit and re-order None to the top and set None as the default.
