Hide confusing payment errors from client

          Description

          In the client_pay controller and order forms, we should ignore errors when voiding incomplete authorized payments rather than displaying them to the client.

          In addition, payment authorization errors should be translated to a generic error message telling the user to reload the page and/or contact their administrator.
