NameSilo: Remove legacy pricing import

          Description

          The NameSilo module has some extra management buttons that either no longer work or are replaced by the Domain Manager.

          • Manage Packages
          • Sync Renew Dates

          Both of these buttons/options should be removed from the NameSilo module under the module management page where the API credentials are listed.

          This is becoming an issue as people are attempting to use these while using the domain manager, so we should remove these in 5.4.
