Description
Add a new button to the TLD list page labeled "TLD Import" (with <i class="fas fa-file-import"></i>) next to "Add TLD".
This should lead users to a separate page headed "TLD Import". This page should have a registrar selector listing all installed registrar modules. In addition there should be links to install additional registrars and refresh the list similar to Packages > Add Packages (see attached).
A message should be displayed:
TLD pricing markups, round, etc. will be set based on the TLD Sync settings.
At the end of this message we should have a button labeled "Configure Settings" that links to "admin/plugin/domains/admin_domains/configuration/?tab=tld_sync".
When a registrar is selected, load checkboxes via ajax for all the supported TLDs. The checkboxes for TLDs already set in the Domain Manager should be disabled.
On submission we should create TLDs for each selected checkbox and perform a price sync on only that list of TLDs.
