Order: Affiliate graph does not work when using a non-standard date format

          Description

          It's been reported that the affiliate statistics graph, when managing an affiliate, does not work properly if the date format has been modified under Settings > Company > General > Localization. Other NVD3 graphs appear to be unaffected.

          To reproduce, update the Date Format to something like: "d M, Y" instead of the default "M d, Y", and load the affiliate statistics graph.
