Description
When there are a lot of TLDs and you visit a "Domain and Other" order form, it loads slowly. It's likely that this slowness is a result of loading the full contents of the TLD pricing table, even though most of the TLDs are hidden.
Instead, load the additional hidden TLDs via ajax after the user clicks the "Show All" button instead.
