Description
Currently, on a domain order form with multiple hosting package groups, after ordering a domain, you can skip selecting a hosting package by clicking the button labeled "show cart". However, if there is only one hosting package group, there is no way to skip selecting a hosting package. We should add the same "show cart" button in this case.

Is there a reason that we show the "Show Cart" button as a button-group next to Order Now when there is 1 group, instead of at the bottom like we do when there is more than 1 group? It seems inconsistent, and a little confusing because the "Show Cart" option seems like it's part of or related to the item.
