Import Manager: Domains imported from WHMCS should now use the Generic Domains module

          Description

          When importing domains that do not map to a registrar module they are imported using the universal module. Universal Module is great for non-domain services, but we should now be importing domains for which there is no mapping file/registrar module in Blesta for into the Generic Domains module. This will allow the domains to appear listed in the "Domains" widgets and be properly managed by the Domain Manager.
