Mass Mailer: Match clients with no language when filtering on default language

          Description

          It is possible, when clients are created via the API, for them not to have a language setting defined. In light of this, we should update the Mass Mailer to match these clients when filtering on language when one of the selected languages is the default language for the company. See plugins/mass_mailer/Traits/Filters.php line 422
