Description
If a client renews a domain in advance for more than 1 year, and they do not pay the invoice right away, and the "Change Domain Term" task runs and switches the domain back to a 1 year term, and then they pay the invoice, the domain will be renewed for only 1 year with the registrar.
So, if the domain that would have its term changed to 1 year has any open invoices associated with it, skip the change, leave it as-is for now.
