          Description

          To reproduce:

          1. Update a TLD in the domain manager to have multiple terms enabled
          2. Create a domain order form (using the tld package group)
          3. Visit the order form
          4. Check the availability of a domain using the TLD
          5. Expend the pricing dropdown and see only one option is listed
