Description
In version 5.5 we added the ability to hide some contact fields from the registration/contact forms. It appears this setting is also altering payment account forms. This appears to affect both the client interface and order forms.
It is problematic as some of these field may be required for payment accounts and expected to exist by gateway integrations.
