Description
There should be fields for Title, Status (default to draft), Date Created (default to today), Date Expired (default to today + default_quotation_valid_days). There should also be a line item interface like that in the invoice add/edit. Also a currency selector and and expandable textarea for Notes (defaulted to default_quotation_notes). If the selected status is "pending" then a checkbox should be shown for sending the quote as a PDF email along with a textbox for which email to send to (defaulted to the client's email).
There should also be a price presenter box like that on the invoice pages.
Quotes that are approved, expired, dead, or lost should not be editable except their status.

When creating a quote, there are 2 buttons at the bottom right. "Create" and "Save as Draft". "Save as Draft" should be first with the white background, and "Create" should be to the right, and the dark background. Compare to Invoice creation, it should be consistent with Invoices.
