Namecheap: Nameservers not being saved or sent

          Description

          One path to reproduce:

          1. Create a Namecheap package
          2. Create a pending service through the admin interface and enter custom nameservers
          3. Click to manage the pending service
          4. See that the nameservers have disappeared
          5. Re-add the nameservers and activate
          6. Check the module logs and see that the nameservers were not sent
