Description
One path to reproduce:
- Create a Namecheap package
- Create a pending service through the admin interface and enter custom nameservers
- Click to manage the pending service
- See that the nameservers have disappeared
- Re-add the nameservers and activate
- Check the module logs and see that the nameservers were not sent
