Domain Manager: Remove period character from tld update urls

          Description

          There are several urls used by the domain manager (ex admin/plugin/domains/admin_domains/updatetlds/.com) which cause issues with some server configurations. Let's update these to use some placeholder character that would get interpreted as a period in the backend.
