Description
As of the domain manager, domain packages can no longer be excluded from the affiliate system at /admin/plugin/order/admin_excluded_packages/ I assume this is due to their status of "Hidden".
We should show hidden packages here and allow them to be excluded. However, since there can be many TLDs/hidden packages, and since hidden packages are unique, we should show them in a separate section.
1. Add a new section called "Available Hidden Packages" in addition to the current "Available Packages".
2. Show all Packages of the status Hidden in the new section.
3. Add a check all option so all TLD/hidden packages can be selected or deselected at the same time.
