Description
If a domain is available to register for say 2 years, then it is also available to transfer or new for 2 years. However, it is common to allow only 1 year transfers. We should be able to have new and renew prices set for 1-10 years, but allow only 1 year transfers as an example.
The competition allows setting a price of "-1" for a term to disable that. A "-1" for transfer price for 2-10 years would mean that only 1 year transfers would work. Obviously this is a really dumb way to do it, and we shouldn't do it that way, but we need a way to disable transfers for terms that we have prices set for new/renew.
Since the pricing is set on the Package, I don't know if this would be a package pricing change, or if the domain manager would need to track this.
