Description
In some circumstances, when updating a WHOIS contact, if the country is set to US or CA, it may throw the following error: "US and Canadian phone numbers must have exactly 10 numbers".
This occurs primarily because the method that updates the WHOIS contacts from the client and admin tabs, does not force the formatting of the phone number, allowing the user to enter a phone number with a country code, which is considered invalid.
