Description
Before allowing a reseller to add a license, we validate that they have enough credit on their account to pay for it. The problem is that we do delayed billing for monthly licenses and don't really want this check to be performed when the license is added. To resolve this issue let's add a management interface for this plugin with a multi-select for packages that should be exempt from credit validation.
