Description
Free domains purchased through the order system are added as child services to the hosting plan, which prevents the domain from being kept for free indefinitely if the hosting service is cancelled.
However, it may be necessary for an admin to break this relationship, should the client wish to cancel the hosting service but keep the domain. In such a case, the admin needs to be able to break this parent/child relationship and disable any price overrides.
I thought it might make sense to allow unparenting and removing of price overrides as separate options, but I think we should probably always remove the price override if one is set when unparenting, otherwise admins will mistakenly leave price overrides in place.
In the bulk drop down of the domains widget in the staff area only, add an option called "Unparent and Reset Price". Selecting the option will remove the associated parent for the domain and remove any price overrides that may be set on the domain, reverting it to whatever the TLDs price is for the term/period.
