Order: Show notice of free domain when ordering hosting

          Description

          When ordering a domain that is eligible for free bundling, after you select a hosting package and are configuring it, the summary shows the full price for the domain. It would be great to show it as free in that summary, but that sounds like it may be complicated so let's show a message stating the domain will be marked as free in the next step.
