Contacts cannot be created due to missing client_id parameter on permissions

          Description

          Since 5.8.0-b1 a "client_id" parameter is required one the "contact_permissions" table, the Contacts model must be updated to take in to account the new field.

          SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1364 Field 'client_id' doesn't have a default value.
