Description
Currently, if a user is invited with the "Managed Accounts" permission they can invite new users, manage account that invited the account they are managing, and more. None of this is really stuff a manager should be able to do, so let's just remove the "Managed Accounts" permission from the list grantable to managers and deny them access to all these features.
