          Description

          1. Create domain wizard box order form with at least one tld eligible for free and one non-eligible and two package group (one of which qualifies for free tld).
          2. Start order with non-eligible tld
          3. See that qualifying package group has badge
          4. Select qualifying package
          5. See that message is displayed
