Managed Account banner does not appear at the bottom of plugin generated pages

          Description

          When a client is managing another clients account through the Managed Accounts feature, they see a banner at the bottom of the page:

          You are currently managing an account that has invited you to manage it. Switch back to my account

          However, if viewing a plugin generated page, like a support ticket, the banner does not appear. Ideally the banner should appear even when accessing plugin generated pages.
