Description
The IP Unblocked plugin allows clients to unblock their own IP if they are blocked in cPanel as an example, as well as other hosting panels by package plugin integration. However, the IP is shown of the client and they can't change it, so they can only unblock the IP that they are using. They may need to unblock the IP of a customer in case of resellers.
I think we should add an option in the IP Unblocker management with the following:
[x] Allow the IP address to be provided by the client
If this is checked in the settings, then the field should not be disabled, and we will try to unblock the IP provided. The users IP should pre-populate the form, they'll just be able to change it.
