      Description

      All priorities are available by default to all priorities, which means even public departments allow clients to open emergency tickets.

      Under "Default Priority" I think we can add a multi-select of all statuses, but pre-select all of them by default. Any selected statuses will be available when opening a ticket in the department. Make sure at least 1 status is available.
