      Description

It can be difficult to find pre-defined responses, I find myself clicking into categories and searching for the right one, which takes extra time.

Let's add a filter above the categories. so that when you click "Insert a Predefined Response", an input box appears directly above the categories.

      2 Possible Implementations:

      1. If I type in the word "logs", only categories that contain responses that include the word "logs" will appear, and clicking into the category will only include responses that contain the term as well.

      2. If I type the word "logs", a dropdown will be populated that includes the responses that match, including category name and response name. e.g. "Debugging: Check Logs". This would work very similar to the "Search for the Client" field in the support manager when adding a ticket via /admin/plugin/support_manager/admin_tickets/add/. Selecting the item would insert the reply.

I like the 2nd item better because it should be faster, 1 less click... but I don't know how feasible it is compared to the 1st option.
