Domain Manager: Fields not repopulated on edit during admin creation

          Description

          To reproduce (initially tested on enom):

          • Click the plus on the domains widget on a client profile in the admin interface
          • Begin the process to register a domain
          • Add nameservers and continue
          • Click edit
          • See nameservers are not repopulated (unlike when using the Add Service flow)
