Service link is lost when invoices are split

          Description

          To reproduce:

          • Create a service with a non-zero cost
          • Create a second service and append it to the invoice from the first
          • See the cog icon linking each to a service
          • Split one line item into a new invoice
          • Edit the new invoice
          • See that the cog icon is missing
