          Description

          Per CORE-4720 we made some automation tasks have a 1 minute interval option. If the cron is set to run every minute, then 1 minute tasks are executed every 1 minute.

          Add a 1 minute interval to "Download Tickets", but leave it at 5 minutes by default. Users that have more than a few support departments that check mail may not be able to complete in 1 minute, so the safer option is to leave it to 5 and let the user decide.
