Cannot delete pending addon services from services widget

          Description

          We had a similar issue that was supposedly resolved in CORE-4187 but I cannot delete Pending addon services in the expand area within the Client Profile Services widget. There's no error. A modal popup asks for confirmation, but it never deletes the service.

            To clarify this task a bit. It specifically happens when deleting a pending addon that is the child of an active or suspended service
