Description
This is certainly an issue with config option logic and may also be an issue with non-logic controlled fields. So this is the situation.
1. A service is created with option "Sample" and value "Ball" as well Option "Color" value "Blue"
2. The option is modified so that Option "Color" is either inactive or not allowed when sample=ball
3. When a client edits the service, they should be able to keep the color option and set it to blue but they shouldn't be able to set a different color.
