Description
In an earlier release we added the ability to create custom fields within support departments. A lot of people have requested the ability to have a drop down so that the client can select the affected service they are opening a ticket about.
I think it makes sense to piggy back this on the existing custom fields.
There might be a better way to do this, but I think we could add a new Type called "Drop-down Service List". This will allow staff to set their own label and description and permissions on the field, and when "Drop-down Service List" is selected, there will be nothing to configure below.
When the field is rendered, it should render all services and domains a client has which are of a status "Active". If the support department is public and a non-client is filling out the form, then we cannot fetch any services/domains, so we may consider to defaulting to "None".

NOTE! It may be better to add this as a Support Department setting to enable/disable, INSTEAD of a custom field.
