Update the Blesta SDK

          Description

          The Blesta SDK is available at https://github.com/phillipsdata/blesta_sdk but it hasn't been updated in some time. It was designed for PHP 5. The SDK should be updated to make it compatible with PHP 7.2-8.2.

          We should also review the SDK and decide whether we can include anything else, or if any functionality changes/updates would be possible to improve the SDK. Perhaps some webhook examples could be included in the SDK, with webhooks being added in 5.10.
