Description
When configuring a support department to use IMAP or POP for Email Handling, it's impossible to know if you have entered everything correctly until the cron runs, and then it's difficult to diagnose any issues.
If Email Handling is set to IMAP or POP, and the settings are saved (Security, Box Name, Host, User, Pass, Port), add a button called "Force Import" directly below the "Port" input box.
When clicking the button, attempt to import tickets just like the cron would, but output details about the attempt so that a user can tell if it's able to connect or not, and if it sees any emails to import.
