Internet.bs: Name servers should not require DNS Management permissions

          Description

          Using Internet.bs, if the TLD does not have "DNS Management" enabled, you cannot change the name servers. Name servers should always be changeable, DNS Management is only for managing the DNS records, not name servers.

          Let's remove Name Servers management tab so that it's not dependent on DNS Management.

          Also, check if any other registrar modules are working this way, and create a task for each should they need to be updated as well.
