Order: Number format does not impact price during service configuration

          Description

          When adjusting a configurable option quantity slider on a Package during checkout, the price is updated in the cart. However, if you use the new number format per CORE-5019 and type in the desired value, even if you click out of the box, the price is not updated.

          To reproduce:

          • Create a config option quantity type, assign to a Package
          • Create an order form for the Package
          • Select the Package, note that the price updates with the slider, but not when entering the value
