Description
When phone number is required on a client group, a fax number must also be provided.
To reproduce:
- Make Phone required on the Client Group
- Register an account as a client via order form, entering a phone number but no fax.
- Note that the error "Please enter a contact number" is shown.
- Entering a fax in addition to phone number allows registration.
Note: This may have to do with an issue with validation in /app/models/contacts.php line 1333
