Import Manager: WHMCS resellerclub/logicboxes mapping file is missing order-id

          Description

          People migrating from WHMCS are reporting errors interacting with the API and it appears that the service_field for order-id, which is required by Logicboxes/Resellerclub is missing.

          service_fields only contains a map for domain. Add order-id to the mapping file, and any other fields that may be missing, if there are any.
