Import Manager: Invoices imported from WHMCS have no service association

          Description

          When importing from WHMCS, invoice_lines.service_id does not contain the ID of the associated service. This matters most for domains. Invoices imported from WHMCS, that are subsequently paid, are not being automatically renewed because of the missing association.

          Not sure how WHMCS associates these, it may or may not be possible to import this association, but we should take a look and update if possible.
