Description
Some users have suggested including the month number in the credit card expiration date dropdown, as it makes it easier since the expiration date on the card is usually displayed in the month number.
For example, a card may show 12/26 to represent December, 2026. Now, some people may not readily associated 12 with December, due to language barrier or whatever.
So, in the Expiration Date dropdown for month, show the number in addition to the month name.

Instead of: December
Show: 12 - December
