Description
Under Tools > Logs: Invoice Log
We display both invoices that have been sent, and those that are queued to be sent. However, the current date/time is displayed even if the invoice has not yet been delivered. Instead we should show either no date time, or a message that says "Not yet sent".
To reproduce:
1. Ceate an invoice that is queued for email delivery, but don't run the cron.
2. Visit Tools > Logs: Invoice Delivery.
3. Refresh the page, wait a few seconds, refresh the page again. Note that the invoice Date Sent column keeps changing to the current date/time.
