Directadmin: Account limit does not increment

          Description

          The Directadmin module allows a limit to be set per server within the module row. On the "Manage DirectAdmin" view for the module, a list of servers includes an Accounts column, it will show something like

          0/100

          If we have a 100 account limit set. However, when we add Directadmin accounts through Blesta, this doesn't increment, so it always shows 0 and no balancing will occur on the server group as a result.

          When a server is added it should be incremented, when cancelled deducted.
