Braintree: Update sdk to latest version

          Description

          The current version we use (3.40) is being discontinued. The latest (6.24) requires php >= 7.3 so we'll need to use an earlier version to fit Blesta's php >= 7.2 requirement

            We need to update the SDK to at least version 6.21.0, even if it increases PHP requirements. PHP requirements can be noted in the documentation. Beginning June 30, 2025, Braintree will no longer work with PHP SDK version older than 6.21.0.
