Domain Manager: Same Day sync should be removed

          Description

          There is a "Same Day" option under Packages > Domain Options > Configuration: TLD Sync, and the option appears to do nothing. It sets a value of 0.

          Either the option should be removed, or it should be updated to say "Never".
