Import Manager: WHMCS draft invoices are imported as active invoices instead of draft invoices

          Description

          When importing from WHMCS, draft invoices are imported as active invoices which may cause the total due to be incorrect. Instead, draft invoices in WHMCS should be imported as draft invoices in Blesta.

          If tblinvoices.status = "Draft" for the invoice being imported, then import into Blesta as a Draft invoice.
